5 cl *Single cream
25 cl *Water
0.5 tl *Salt
60 g *Gorgonzola cheese
15 g *Walnuts

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Pour the polenta, cream, water and salt into the bowl.

*Fry for 6 minutes. Stir with a spatula while cooking.
