*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 1.5càs *Sunflower oil
  • 300g *Chopped onion
  • 900g *Diced boneless chicken breast or thighs
  • 210g *Tikka curry paste
  • 3càs *Tomato purée
  • 225ml *Water
  • 150ml *Double cream or natural yogurt

*Chop the onion.
