4 el *Sweet soy sauce
100 g *Long grain rice
75 g *Cooked chickpeas
0.5 tl *Fresh ginger
30 cl *Water
*Salt and pepper
1 el *Coriander

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the tofu and half the soy sauce in a recipient. Set aside.

*Pour the rice, chickpeas, other half of the sauce, ginger, water, salt and pepper into the bowl.

*Place in the Airfry basket.

*Pour the tofu into the basket.
