  • 30 cl *Water

  • 4 g *Dried baker's yeast

  • 1 el *Caster sugar

  • 400 g *Gluten-free flour

  • 8 g *Salt

  • 5 cl *Vegetable oil

  • 1 *Egg

*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 30cl *Water
  • 4g *Dried baker's yeast
  • 1el *Caster sugar
  • 400g *Gluten-free flour
  • 8g *Salt
  • 5cl *Vegetable oil
  • 1 *Egg

Stap 2 /7

*Mix the water, yeast and sugar in a recipient. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

  • 30cl *Water
  • 4g *Dried baker's yeast
  • 1el *Caster sugar

*In a food processor fitted with a mixer, add all the ingredients and blend for 5 mins.

*Using a spatula, pour the dough into the bowl and shape into a round cake.

*Let the dough rise.

*Bread/Brioche baking.

Stap 7 /7

*Unmould and leave to cool on a wire rack.
