30 cl *Water
4 g *Dried baker's yeast
1 el *Caster sugar
400 g *Gluten-free flour
8 g *Salt
5 cl *Vegetable oil
1 *Egg

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the water, yeast and sugar in a recipient. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

*In a food processor fitted with a mixer, add all the ingredients and blend for 5 mins.

*Using a spatula, pour the dough into the bowl and shape into a round cake.

*Let the dough rise.

*Bread/Brioche baking.

*Unmould and leave to cool on a wire rack.
