Courgettes with yoghurt sauce

Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes.

Sprinkle with salt and flour.

Etape 3 /6

Add the seasoned courgettes to the ActiFry with the oil. Close the lid.

Etape 4 /6

Leave to cook for {tps} minutes.

Etape 5 /6

Prepare the sauce by adding the garlic and finely sliced dill to the yoghurt and mix well. Add salt.

The sauce may be served directly on the fried courgette or in a separate sauce dish.
